Well here is a personal obsrvation. I'm a fat basturd, and for a few weeks now I've been hitting the trails on my mountain bike and watching how and what I eat. I also ride the stationary bike every day, and think I will be strong for the ride. I will still be fat, but I might shed 10 lbs(that's almost 2 horse power right there). I would like to invite all the members that are going to do something healthy for the next 3 weeks so that you will be more able to ride with CONSISTENCY. I don't care how fast you are on the hill, if you are blowing air 25 minutes after leaving the camp area, you will suck at riding the roller coaster that is Glamis. Sure, falling in soft sand is not a big deal, and the leaders will stop and wait for your sand blasted ass to get back up and going, but for the sake of the ride and everyone going, step up the cardio for a few weeks!

Yea but you have the metabolism of an ameba, and will be fit until you die at the age of 99. For us grazers and goblers, it's the battle of the bulge and colesterol until we die at 58.

well, I made my only attempt the other day. A guy at my work said he'd give $100 to anyone who could do 55 push ups, at like 34 I pulled a muscle in my chest. I just hope I'm not still hurting for the dumont ride this weekend. Otherwise, I do have a 2 1/2 year old boy and 2 pitbull pups, between the 3 of them, they keep me in shape

You dont owe me squat, you'd do (have done) the same for me and others!!
We are "tentatively" planning on going as we have been haveing some family difficulties lately (health among other things). I doubt Dannygina will be able to travel that far off the gaydar but he is welcome to stay in my crib if he can.

Dannygina!!!!LMFAO!!!!! HAHAHAHAH
yeah, I'll try, but Sara has a really rough time being pregnant, she keeps falling down and passing out. If something serious happened, I'm hate myself for being 4 hours away w/o cell service.

True dat! This racing deal has helped me a lot and it sure showed last time I was there. I better get back at it.
I can see it know, Brit gets to Olds, runs it a few times. "Ok we headin back?" No way man, now lets climb to the top together then after that follow me. Obsborne Over Look is about 4 miles. Oh did I mention that its the biggest and best bowl run to Osborne?
