Spent the day scrubbin parts.. Motor is spic and span, swing arm is as clean as a whistle and anything else i could hit with simple green and or brake kleen got nailed..

Took a look inside the cylinder.. and the jug looks peachy.. cross hatch looks just as good as the day i brought it home from the machinest.. just a couple tiny scratch's from sand on the exhaust side nothing alarming..

Cant wait to get it back together :P Blaster didnt finish with the frame on friday so it looks like ill pick it up next week some time.. Hopefully he is done before i go to alabama.

Check it out... DONE!! I just need to fire her up in the mornin to make sure everything goes good, along with getting my side panels and number plate back from AMR so i can get them on.. Old side panel in pics. I dropped to a 195 main from a 205 and put the 58 pilot in.. the 55 was too lean for my liking and the 60 to fat so i went for the middle ( the only other pilot i had ) I cant wait to try out the new pipe/silencer combo the new jetting combo and the new GEARING combo.. its going to be like learning how to ride this beast all over again... I CANT WAIT WOOHOOOO...

Assembled minus graphics and new side panels/number plate.

mmm PC Platinum and the kicker doesnt rest on the damn expansion chamber any more.. no more annoying rattle.
