I'm going to convert both at the same time.

I saw this and thought it may help. Not totally OEM but it adds a little fuel.

You build looks great.

Because I wanted the boot to fit with zero load in any axis... I've seen too many boots that were "coaxed" on... come off.

Instant motor failure.

Also, I know that the boot will flow 100% of demand , in any situation, as it is a CR500 boot.

Lastly, the spacer pushes the boot foreword... it misses the shock completley

I like it.

Bob,

I just had my 03RM250 engine rebuilt and suspension serviced and revalved. I love my 2-stroke top ends.

After reading your build, I went searching for frames and engines. I like the philosophy of using the most modern frame, to take advantage of improvements.

Thanks, Steve.

I'm pulling my bike down this weekend to finalize some wiring in anticapation of the TTM 200watt stator becoming available.

If any Gen 4 builders need a photo or something, speak up!

My fuel tank sux.... its seeping.

Time for plan "B"......

If plan B was the aluminum fabbed unit, it will be way cool. Otherwise, it sucks that one you made is leaking. Is it leaking where the fiberglass was laid?

Bob, make a ally tank that fits inside the stocker. Hog out the stocker and mount the ally tank to the stocker so that all the body panels still fit. This should minimize the fab work on the metal stuff and make the job a lot easier. And, from most peoplles perspective, it will look like it has a stock tank...
