my gen-4 w/ a 39pwk ran a 45 pilot and still needed 2 turns out on the a/s. my gen-1 (ported beast) ran a 55 in a pwk.

do you have the stock ign to bolt on and try? I had a similar problem with my gen-3 ign, I bolted on a stock 500 ign and it ran tits. I later found out I would have needed to retard the timing to make that ignition work correctly and I had a bad coil.

If you really know how to kick over a 500 and that isn't enough rpm for it to fire, I would definitly look into the ignition.

i thought about changing outignitions but need toordr flywheel pullers....
i tried messing with my timing 10* for better starting but got nuthing.

dude, you should own a flywheel puller, they are super cheap and the same one works on like %90 of 2 stroke bikes.

it was a slip up on my part because 90 dollars is $90 so, I just did it without thinking.
