Do you have a induction temp gauge???

I'm betting all that "trick" porting your bragging up in reality fucked everything up.

Yea..... picked up 1 psi, and 200 degrees

Loud = Inefficent.

No bob go do some reaserch.

The biggest thing the port does is drop intake temps or IAT2s if you wanna be technical (the temp after the blower).

"Final comments about the ported blower testing:

The Final graph shows Stiegemeier Ported Blowers in different stages compared to a non Ported blower. There are differences in designs but overall it is clear to see there are No Bad Stiegemeier ported blowers. Also note the A/F stayed basically the same thru all the tests. The IATs (down stream of the blower) dropped on average 23 degrees across the board."

Nope leaving the pullys alone (its got a +2 upper and a +4 lower) , im already close to maxing out injectors and MAF so I aint risking it.

Stock is 6psi and im hovering around 13 as of today, in cold weather that'll be pushing 15.

diesels are a totally different story, a pump gas motor simply cannot run anythign over 20-22psi without pinging. PSI is not nearly as important as CFM and compressor efficiency. I was pushing like 18psi in my stealth on stock turbos and the car moved alright, I installed my big DR650 turbos and at only 10psi the car was WAY faster. Diesels can boost until they can't build any more boost, but they can't do as much with the boost since most shut off by 4000rpm anyway and diesel combustion makes less power anyway. If Brits 5.4l modular ford could build 40psi and the motor could handle it, he'd have an 8sec ET and blow the fucking doors off everything out there. its all relevent, but the boost Brit is running is actually impressive considering the setup, superchargers never boost as much as turbos in the same situation.

I would be afraid that jb weld would come apart and go through the motor. Other than that and a filthy engine bay great job.

Nah the JB weld thing has been done on hundreds of trucks with no issues.

Even if it did come apart it would just sit on top of the innercooler core.

rush the port work much?
It looks like you were in a hurry

Oh but you are one that loses parts on the trail.
That explains everything
