I want to hear the ride report. If this thing boosts the top end substantialy, I will get one. That's the one thing about the 500's I don't like is the falling on it's face in 5th gear pinned, it needs over rev badly for the riding I do. That expansion chamber gives hope that it will over rev alot.

Absolutely! Iwould cut down a muffler like that one you did Clyde and see if it runs good. That stinger is cool, but I value my hearing to much to run that loud a bike.

I would be very ijntersted. Glen

well all ill say is this pipe puts the PC and fmf to shame. it runs FUKIN hard in the mid and top  . also i lugged it in 3rd and hammered it and noticed no loss of bottom end but it didnt seem to be much increase either, maybe alittle bit gain. i have no doubt what so ever that its 8hp increase like they claim :D . i got a topend drag port cylinder ill be testing the pipe on next weekend, i expect even bigger gains on that motor.... stay tuned for that test  . honestly im so impressed im taking my ktm down to that shop and having them make me one for the 440 and 550.

glen that pipe i got from you i sold to lewisclan about 3 years ago. i wont sit here and knock your pipe but honestly it wouldnt hold a candle to this cpi.

Watching the video it seemed like you were in a hurry to shift, we're you just testing a little or what? Me, I'd loose the extensions or shorten the thing up and hold the fuker open and let it run out. That was sand right? My bike when it had the Nos wouldn't tell me shit unless I was on a hill, flat ground did nothing cause the extension wouldn't let it hook all the way up. Having the bolts on though was a different story though, at least that's what my neighbor said after I threw a 100' roost across the street and peppered his truck and garage door  It does sound good though!

100hp what work has been done to your cylinder, what size carb, ignition. I can say I realy like my pipe, but I have stock porting and I am sure mine would be crazy with some port work.
