Are you saying you only have one locating dowel to mount the jug on the bottom end, when there should be two.
If so, I thought I had two when I pulled the jug.
Guess what, I can only find one.
BUMMER!
Where the F@!# do i get a locating pin, no one has any and the people that do wont give them away, but lucky for me i can pick up shaggys swingarm tommorow, a least i can stick the motor in to see what im up against, i wonder if bearing shops sell dowels

Its definetly a step up from the old one
dont take this the wrong way but the new one dont look much better than the old one, (hopefully shaggy didnt chrage you much ). apears it aint seen grease for several years, and the chain really chewed it up and broke the outer edge where the seal goes . dont get me wrong some of the aussies have top notch conversions but a few of you other guys have me wondering.

Full rebuild, suspention, bla bla....I take it that stator case is plastic, im really keen on billet, im also after a left hand crank cover for the CR250 motor, you got one of them???
I actually found that 4 and 6 work better. when I was making shanmans kit, I made the first set w/ 4 and 7 and it wsa too large. measured the 500 motor and 250 motor and found exactly a 10mm difference, so I had the rest of the kits made 4 and 6.
