there's no reason to weld the inside the standard y piece is only welded around the rhs and down tube

My solution versus a "normal" (most common used) solution ...

The blue lines represent the attachment of the engine, which in my case also reinforces the weld on the bottom 7 or 8cm long.

The red lines represent the junction between the parties. Normaly, the greater the length of weld is more great forces are spread across the weld.

PS, the image of the 2nd part is just to illustrate my explanation. I am not saying that this work is done poorly or incorrectly calculated, it is a very good job. I do not take into account the internal reinforcements of the bottom frame that are not.

BTW is that gen3 450 as opposed to gen3 250 frame. :?:
