never messed with the stator and it did this before and affter danny went thru the motor.. im starting to believe there is something plugged up in the jug or head somewhere.. it wasnt really flowing when i peeked in the rad cap just bubbling around from the vibration. When i pull the motor to start on the af swap im going to flow the whole cooling system to see wtf is going on.. cuz this freakin sucks. I didnt even unload it at the night drags... just rode my xr

its not the motor, or the flow through the motor... rads?

when you first start the bike do the rads rise in temp at a steady rate similar to the engine ? after you ride the bike for a few min, is the cylinder real hot and the rads not vary hot ?

ill give it a quick spin around the block.. danny i jammed me a garden hose up to the rads last time i had them off and the water went in and out like it should.. was no pressure really it flowed smooth.

Ill give it a spin around the block.. but i know the jug gets hot quick

Just gave everything a CLR bath and soaking the rads w/ vinegar in them over the weekend. Got some sediment out of the rads so i figgure ill let the soak for a few days. Entire cooling system flows fine. I nigyvered a hose fitting to the jug inlet and let it dump out the bottom of the right rad.. So everything is flowing correct. The impeller was a little stained with rust and the impeller is moving with the kicker so im hoping this will do the trick. We will find out for sure next weekend. :D

WOOHOOOO good news.. my bike didnt turn into a lawn sprinkler this weekend!! Cooling issues seemed to have been solved with the clr trick and all new hoses :D When i got home.. There was no coolant loss.. WOOHOO!!!! Rad's were still topped off with coolant.

I can also pull comp and banshee in 4th and hit 5th towards the top but run outta hill!! Bike is running better than it has ever before.. Im loving the 41mm PWK just power all over and it pulls and pulls totally happy with the bike. Just gotta finish fine tuning the pilot circuit to get it right and ill be golden.
