I just got off the phone with Jeff and he said Randy emailed him and said he sent him the wrong Carb but, doesn't have another one to send him.

as you know i am pretty new to both forums. I had no idea who he was.

Don't know Randy at all, i just know that i paid for a carb with specific instructions on shipping (both in a separate PM and on Paypal stating that my address recently changed). It was over two months later that i received the carb in the mail. what happened over that time is anyone's guess. Randy says he didn't see the note, sent it to my old address and it bounced back. totally possible, he isn't much for details.

When the carb finally showed up the float bowl mounting threads were totally blown out. I pm'ed him. no response. a couple of days later i get an email from Steve FORWARDED from Randy saying he had three carbs on the bench and sent the wrong one. And he sold the other two. and then he whined for several paragraphs about how he so misunderstood because of a couple mistakes selling stuff to hoons. (people make mistakes, but c'mon. he actually listed a bunch of shit he blew it on. maybe he is just an idiot, not an idiot and scammer)

Not surprised that he didn't inspect the part before shipping. but Hindsight is a bitch.



I'm broke and who knows how long it would take him to make it right, so i drilled out the bowl and the body to accept a 5mm bolt and tapped it. it looks pretty funny with those big heads on there, but f-it! run what you brung!

it sucks and the dude is lame, but i have to take some responsibility for not asking for photos.

no wonder he sold his last 500 (part), no REAL HOON would behave this way.

Lots of people have said "It was my fault for not getting photos" or "my fault for not getting a better description" or "my fault for trusting him".....


The guy is a ripoff artist who keeps getting away with it because people 1. will not post negative stuff about him on the other site and 2. Because they keep believing his lame ass excuses.


To me there are multiple people really hurt by this guy, they are people that buy stuff from him and the other site members, AP and ST502 lost all of my respect when after all the negative posts I left and multiple phone conversations continued to let him be a member of the site, hell he even kept his mod status for awhile

All the BS spouted about "hoons look after hoons" and "we are a solid site who wont let people get away with BS" is all complete shit and randy made this obvious. Hell rip off merchants are even elevated to mod/admin status

I appreciate feedback from folks that get screwed, it helps me not get screwed by the same person. This guy makes me mad, and because he is on the other side of the country, few people get to confront him. In that way he is either smart for not making local buyers mad, or lucky the buyers are far away. Unless he changes his name and sells me something, I'm glad I know not to buy from him.

I spoke to RjBB today and he said he would be sticking up for any of us if we were in the same situation....

Here is where the problem starts for the current situation.

He sends Jeff the wrong Carb and doesn't have another one to send him but, doesn't send Jeff back his money.

A lot of you know me and we've either ridden or broke bread together and I just call it like I see it... and I have respect for you all. I can not and will not respect someone who conducts his affairs that way it actually makes me want to inflict great bodily harm to them and the people around them!
