it turns out I had $707 in the bank acct and took $700 with me The wifey was a little pissed.

Troy was a real nice guy with a super nice family... I like his new bike, too bad it needs a motor swap as far as I am concerned
the motor is out of the bike and ready to be sold... my gen-1 motor is going to go in this chassis, then I'm going to find a stock motor to put in the gen-1 and sell it.
I was totally expecting a junk pile motor, but its alright, the rod bearing is a tad loose, but no up down play and there was some JB on the case where a chain broke, buy other than the jacked up jug, it would have been easy to make it a runner again, I just don't have the money to bother.

na, the only reason is that the wifey wants me to sell A bike, which bike doesn't matter. I'd rather have a gen-3 and gen-4 than a gen-1 and a gen-3, etc.
so unfortunatelly, after pismo the old gril is losing her powerplant so I will have the gen-3 done in time for dumont in sept-oct.
Then I will hunt down a local cr500 to use the motor in the gen-1. Plus the gen-1 has new plastics, desert tank, bead blasted frame, etc., so she will clean up the best for sale out of the 3. It will be a sad day when she goes though
