you britts are so funny spelling tire with a Y and color with a u. I spent my freshman year of high school in europe and they all speak british english. They kept telling me I was spelling wrong and that I didn't say "can" right. Then I gave then a really good lesson on american english

I honestly thought my wife was mildly retarded when I first me her, the differences in spelling are a trip over here, another thing that really irkes me is peoples capitalization. Back home its a big thing to only have capitals at the beginning, over here people throw them in all over the place....

I wAs looKing For a car aT the DeaLership (handwritten), EVERYONE over here does that, I honestly think its your guys education system.

I am by no means a good at spelling or punctuation but I make an effort!

" I by no means spell or punctuate well, but I make an effort!"

:bash:

I mostly print in all capitals... yea.. I know...... lame.

yeah, I do the caps thing too. I started that because I was in a private school from k-3 and they taught us cursive in 1st grade, so thats how I learned to write. In 4th grade I went to public school and no one could read my writing, so I had to go backwards and write like a retard (my thoughts at the time). I tried bringing my cursive writing back in high school, but no one could read it there either, so I gave up and now I too write like a retard.

When I handwrite stuff I capitalize everything, my cursive writing is terrible and no-one would be able to read it. If you capitalize EVERYTHING thats fine but half and half willie nillie just blows me away and looks retarded.....
