Apparently its a legal requirement at dumont, glamis and pismo. I don't want to give them any excuse to hassle me.

What type of coil is that is look different than mine, it looks smaller too.
Mine looks almost identical to the stock coil but without the insulation.

Its a "Moose" coil made by the same company as yours. The reason it looks different is because it was mispackaged. Its a stock replacement for the standard ignition stator. It was "supposed" to be the same one you have thats a LIGHTING coil. They are shipping the correct one today. Im supposed to have it tomorrow or Thursday at the latest. Since most of the work is done all I should have to do now is swap the coils...
I already have a lighted flag so im good to go...

I usually have a few in the RV for the dogs but im not sure. Walmart has many colors and they are CHEAP. Look in the camping section.

I installed a 12v regulator to fix the ultra bright blowing bulb issue, the part number form
www.electrosportusa.com is RG12
It had to be bolted to the frame as a heat sink, I bolted mine to the upper tripple clamp. Heres a diagram of how I wired it..
And a tech writeup

I found this on ebay out of GB. Has anyone tried one? I asked the seller what the output was and a couple other questions and they havent gotten back yet. It should be some good output for that price though....maybe someone over there can give them a call and ask.
