actually the "mmm" was for the pic but yeah, the hungarian bacon "szaluna" isn't processed, its the blubber layer under the skin about 2 inches thick, its yummy, but doesn't have any meat. its tasty fried on bread with some vegies.

yup, up in Colville. I'm probably not going to make a trip up there until I get a toy hauler, so the family and I can make a cool site seeing and camping trip out of it. maybe late next year.
