I have a Wiseco and no holes or drill starts anywhere.
Could it be the rings are first over?
Put a ring in the cylinder, use piston to squre it up, use feeler gauge to measure end gap. S/B .012-.018" Don't know how that trans to mm.
Maybe the bore is a stop sign?
