My method is

1)put pwk 39 on ebay
2)use money to buy 41 from sudco

I should have done that!
Now I guess I totally fucked it up. Put it together today and realized the gap between the housing and the slide. The slide is only little smaller than 41mm!
Do you also have the gap? I will still try to run it but I guess it won't run or just very crappy with this gap

Can't get rid of the impression that you guys and sudco is using a different carb somehow because mine would never go up to 42.29mm - even the 41.5mm were way too big. Should have stayed with 39mm!
