just to be clear roostys work made a huge difference without changing anything else

put a new gnarly on and sorted the jetting,
172 main
intelajet full rich without the checkvalve, i broke it
DGN needle leanest position (tried every position and it liked best)
48 or 50 pilot ?? didnt look
airscrew adjusted to whatever worked good

pulls way harder now that the pipe isnt pinched flat, and still pulls to 9260rpm also has a pretty good hit in the powerband where before with the (crunched) pc it didnt really hit anywhere

anyone else have a tach on a stock motor with a gnarly?
Dude!!!! Your finger is on the clutch and it looks like your not even using it
when it got higher up i was on it, as soon as my feet are off the pegs and i let go since im f ed anyways, in 4th wound that 50 lb tire is a giant flywheel.... wasnt expecting traction thought it was gonna come back down

i am a retard with the back brake which coulda saved me
had a chinese 32cc scooter when i was a kid, and whenever i went over backwards i kicked out backwards with my right foot.... could do wheelies for over a mile...
now its a reflex whenever i go over my right foot is always off first, been trying to use the brake but when i really need it reflexes take over and im down
the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.

sounds like you changed the pipe, PCs and gnarlys run quite a bit differently.........
