Its not that I am not a happy camper, I'm happy to finally have it back but just dissapointed. The frame at the head tube came through the box and is pretty dinged up and its going to take a ton of time....which I dont have.....to smooth it all out and clean the frame up so it doesnt look like its sat outside all its life. The original radiators that were supposed to be modified which were not got damaged, not to the point of not being able to use them but still not the in the condition they went out. No swingarm spacers were in the hardware package so I've got to wait until Mike ships a set out to me.
I'm sure its going to be a great bike after everything is all sorted out,its just that I really wanted to ride it this year and have missed out on a few series that I specifically planned on doing on this bike.

My court case with Mr. Facher is this Friday...
Call him, tell him to bring it all to court, I'll pick it up there and ship it to you the same day.
pics would be good.97af wrote:Its not that I am not a happy camper, I'm happy to finally have it back but just dissapointed. what's the shipping going to cost for the frame...$40.00? plus proper packing materials that '97af didnt get... another $20?
i'd let bob pick it up.......i'd be willing to kick in a few bucks for the shipping to see if it really is done as promised........what do you say yota?

yo Bob, if you really want to go ahead, I mostly didn't want to bother you and wasn't sure you were serious. I can PayPal you the cost immediately.
What Mike owes me:
frame with mods
disassembled 03 CR125 minus engine, carb, ignition, 125 pipe/silencer
2 CRF250R radiators with his mod
my CR500 head back with his mod (2 heads actually, one new one with mod and old one)
new pro circuit pipe and silencer for CR500

Bad Blood
I know there has been some bad blood between Bob and Mike I sorry to hear this But I ordered a Pipe from mike 2 months back it was at my front door the next day I was surprized my self I called Mike and thanked him he was also suprized It showed up so fast
The botton line I know some of you have had bad time dealing with Mike But so far he done good for me.
Now only if my NEW pipe didn't break the rear mounting bracket with only 2 hours on it I would been happyer But that not Mike fault.
