I made a death threat. APPARENTLY, they took it seriously.

got mine, they look nice. Has anyone tried them on yet? The clutch cover o-ring groove looks a little deep.

I tried to get my friend with a CNC to make these. He thought that building something for an out of production bike was not worth it. I felt that making something for a strong niche market small scale beat trying to compete in the big pond, but I was unable to convince him. He spent a ton of money making a clutch cap for a kawasaki tyrex (side by side).

A year or more has past. He sold 1 (one)



I bet my cr5 ignition cover idea was a better one!

anybody tried to fit their clutch side cover yet? just curious.

I'd be interested in an single ignition cover if thats possible.

My clutch covers don't fit either, hitting the basket, spring bolts or somethin.

They are seriously thick, prolly 2X as thick as a service honda cover or stock cover, I'm sure they could be machined to fit.........

They look to be 3mm from the motor or so.

Oring goove is a bit too deep, around .007" deeper than stock or a SH cover.

Uh oh...thats not good. I'll take my hits if thats what it comes down to...or if it ends up being Roosty to the rescue I'll pony up the extra cash for the extra machining.

i just confirmed that I cant hold onto them without swapping to the 4 jaw chuck
i'll see what can be done for making room or trimming the gasket face if thats what we think is also needed

Sorry guys, just getting word of this now from josh last night and Roosty. Fuck SAKES! Living proof that no good deed goes unpunished.
I furnished a stock cover to copy, so I'm not sure what the problem is, other than the design is off. I'll have to talk to my guy, but I won't be HOME for 2 more weeks to deal with this. I'll give him a call to let him know about this.
I'll have to get Roosty compensated for this, but that doesn't help the guys in OZ. Son of a fucken BITCH!

I cant confirm or deny clutch side fitment. If it doesnt, I will be in touch with Roosty if it turns out they can be fixed.

might be easiest to get a 1/8" "gasket thing made up, like they use to kick the cover out for FWW, or some aftermarket clutch covers (yz 250 GYTR)
