Bob, We made the billet frame rails 32mm wide, standard was 25mm. This allowed the front engine mount to be flush with inside of rails. We made them wider for extra strength. Hope that makes sense?

Gmbond, The billet was about $400 Aus. Was enough to make at least 2 sets of rails and some other bits and pieces we need. Machining was done by a mate at no cost.
