X 2!!

I really think the Gen3 450 conversions look way better than the Gen4 450 conversions anyday.

I keep looking at the Gen3 450 conversions and wonder if I should be doing one of them instead of the Gen3 250 conversion. :?

Maybe I could do both and just swap the engine between rebuilds, or just do one of each.

I am really struggling with this dilemma, I probably should build one of each, get rid of the wife and that should cover the financial problems.

Maybe I am just to big of a PUSSY to do that, Then I may as well just get a YZ450F ( a girls bike ) instead of doing a CR500AF conversion.

BTW eyesky2002 a really nice conversion well done.

Hey Brian. I hope you don't mind the big bump of your thread and that you still visit here sometimes. I'm starting my own conversion of a 2002 frame soon (I hope) and it looks like it's possible to cut away the top weld in the Y, clear it out, and then thread the Y over the shortened single top frame spar. Is this correct?
It makes for a far better looking frame than one with two welds on top of the Y in that case.

Others who know may of coure answer this as well.
