I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO EXCEPT GET DRUNK, GET DRUNK, FALL DOWN AND APPLY LIBERAL AMOUNTS OF LOCTITE TO ALL THE BOLTS ON MY BIKE SO THE PARTS WON'T FALL OFF!!!!!!!!

You forgot getting high, excessive masterbation to Asian internet porn, and watching every episode of Top Gear over and over.

Me me me, but it has to be in the morning and the main track has no lights.
Oh never mind, I'm still hurtin after yesterday morning at Perris.
RJ really has the track set up like a beginer beginer SX layout. No wonder the Pro's, Josh Hill, Nick Wey and his squeaky rear break, J. Law and Ryan Huges were there.

Mad Dog I dont think I did anything special. Thats just how it ended up. I took a long time to get this done ... but it came out nice. Both of our bikes are 2002's it would be interesting to do a back to back just to see if there is any differences.

Offset the spline on the inside of the kicker. While your waiting for the cylinder to come back. Thats what I did.

I don't get it.

What do you mean by this

The number of teeth on the gear isnt divisible by the number of splines on the kicker shaft.
If you install the gear differently from wher it should be, the splines will "move" to place the kicker in a different position.
Kinda' like a vernier scale.
