Red Civic guy that rode from Vegas to Dumont on Pres. Day

A guy pulled up to my truck in Boulder City, then saw him on the highway a couple hours later in Henderson that drives a red Civic. He said he rode from Vegas to Dumont on President's Day. Just wondered if he is on here.
