Anyone got any good info or articals on frok fluids, like what brands are good or bad, or break downs of all brands in the same weight catagory?

Try this. Hondas use the #5 weight. Works great in mine.

I use ATF, its a little heavier 7wt, so I put in slightly less and its supposed to last longer than the honda 5wt
mostly I just had a bunch of bottles in my garage and pulled a brit not wanting to pay for fork oil. works great.

I dumped or poured 650cc's of ATF into my forks and they feel nice. I know that much oil did not come out of them and can't wait to test them out.

I use Honda 5wt in the front and Golden Spectro very light in the shock.
