They should take the warning labels off of everything and let stupidity sort itself out.

Very nice! 88-89 had the best looks IMO - love that classic Honda red/gold!
The CR500 is an acquired taste. If you don't like it, acquire some taste...

very very nice. how did you find the performance of the forks? did it really make a good difference or not really worth the punt?
it was something i was considering. and is that a 96-01 rear shock set up too?
do it!... cos if you dont, youll spend the rest of your life thinking about it anyway!

Thanks guys, I havent put it on the track yet, hopefully this weekend. Im a little concerned about stability with the newer forks since they are a little shorter. The shock is stock. I have another 94 that Ive been riding so I will be able to give a good comparison on the forks.

Nice '83 480R in the background with the JT stadium plate. What's the other bike out of shot with gold rims and red fork protectors?

Please tell me they're not "garage queens". My neighbor has a fully-restored 1981 Maico that has sat idle for the 8 years I've known him for want of a new fork seal...

Well in 8 years racing here in California there's only been one occasion to ride in foot-peg deep mud and I took it. It did take months to clean the bikes but it was worth it.
