Well I'm in the market for a new tank 02-04 CR250 I guess up to 07 would work. But want the same Clark one.

The seem on the lower right, right at the bottom of the shroud is leaking. Its really flimzee in that area just below the bolt that holds the shroud on. Don't know if model airplane glue will work with fuel and its a bandaid at best.

This tank was new with the bike and has been it service for about five years now. The rubber peice under the gas cap has been replace three times too. Maybe I'll get a pic up sometime.

have you tried poly welding at the place i used to work they had a plastic division and we used to fix mx fuel tanks all the time you need to use poly ethelene filler it comes like tig wire
