Conversions First Race

Post by KE 336 »

Well we entered my 500 conversion in it's first race(cross country)ever since being built. The damn thing got the holeshot and checked out. Led start to finish. I don't know if I was more proud of my son who was riding it, or the bike. :D Pretty cool having a homemade bike kicking some new 4 stroke ass.
I'll try and post some photo links in a few days after the lady that takes pictures out there gets them posted.
Oh yeah, nothing cooler than the sound of the 500 in the woods.!

 Those are pics of my daughter from a previous race. I wasn't out there taking photos so I'll have to just post the link to view when the lady puts them up. I was just testing to make sure I could make the link work. Besides Iggy, I thought you would like the fork guard decals.

Anytime I try and do anything on there other than look, it gives me some copywrite protected bs. But thanks :clink: I may be a little longer than normal before she gets them up. She's a school teacher for her day job and normally gets them up on the following off race weekend. The races a normally 2wks apart however, we have back to back to back race weekends for a makeup race for one that got cancelled earlier. 3 weekends in a row! :bs:

Do a CTRL-A (Select all), then CTRL-C - paste it into word. Then copy/paste the image into paint. Save the image and post it to hosting site...Nice little work around...

Thanks for the picture tips!!! Took me a while but think I got it. She got the pictures up sooner than I thought and they are almost cooler than seeing live. There is a orange turd laying on the ground and one of those super pooper green bikes we've been hearing about lately getting it's ass handed to it!
