Lets see, on my old 87 I melted the piston once, stuck swingarm bolt.

AF had siezed headstock bearings and linkage bearings and swingarm adjuster bolts.

Nitrous bike jammed the tranny but that was a mechanical stoppage from the bottom end letting go.

I seized a CL50 years ago at least once a week (a hard kick would get her unstuck and purring again)

I shattered pistons and snapped rods #7-8 on my truck.

I seized a CR480 but that was from the piston shattering.

I locked up a DR350 but that was the tranny and mechanical failiure.

I locked up a kubota 3 ton excavator.

I locked up a Magirus Deutz V10 dump truck.

I locked up a DT250 (was a pile of shit anyway)

I locked up a vauxhall chevette during a demo derby.

I blew my supra (friggin headgasket and hydrolocked)

My wife blew up our mustang (same as above)

I wrecked the tranny on a brand new SRT4 with 8 miles on it (3rd gear let go and locked up)

Thats all I can think of for now

The Mustang brit, was that a late model POS or an early classic. :?:

:D :D

The 79 CR250RZ I owned I locked up solid, melted a hole in the top of the piston and smeared alloy up and down the bore.

:? :? :?

The piston on the right, who built it and what was it designed for.
Is there any benefits to it, other than less weight.

:D :D Let me guess it was an exprimental brit piston.

as long as we're getting into vehicle related junk, i was going to some camping thing like 6am with my 89 chevy 4x4, was on the gravel roads dooing like 100mph, let off to not stone an oncoming truck and BANG, the rear spiders in the diff broke, a big skid that i kept under controll (on a 20ft wide road between 2 swamps on a curve) i got out and looked, nothing was leaking, so i held the brake, got it in R, spooled up the torque and let go of the brake, slung the shit out of the gearset and up into that little nook above the pinion, put it in 4x4 and kept going, it was 100 miles home, or 50 miles to go. Funniest thing of all tho was i always wear a belt, the gf at the time didnt share the understanding of why i do, she was trying to sleep on the seat when it all went down, and once the truck stopped i looked to see a crying 90lb ball of blankets under the dash, to be honest i felt worse about the truck, hahaha
i took the cover off at the campsite and got the pieces out, a buddy with a welder on his truck stuck the crosspin back in the carrier to keep the axels from dropping the c clips and i drove it 2 weeks like that til my 1st of like 5 lockright powertrax or whatever its called showed up

I got my linkage bearings to un freeze so those are working again (they were stuck together by dryed up clay and rust). I have also seized my yz 250 twice and seized an xr50, I got that running again by putting new oil in it and kicking the shit out of it (it burned oil after though so I sold it for $200). heres some pics of my 250 pistons.

I suppose its still your fault the kid F@#KED UP.

Its easy to buy a bike, bloody hard to sell one without someone complaining about what you sold them. :?

How much did his old man help out buying the bike, but hes ready to blame you when something goes wrong.

Couldn't they tell it was a 2stroke by the sound of the bloody thing. :? :?

I was only 15 when I bought my first bike, I still remember the bloke telling me 40:1 premix and don't forget to put the oil in.
My dad drove me there and heard every word the bloke said.

Where was his old man when he was buying the bike. :?:

If he was there, he didn't listen very well did he.
