that was from my system that is running bit torrent and is loaded with spyware. I took a freshly loaded system and tested it on my 3 different gateways that all lead to the same modem

there is so much more than just the ISP to be looking at with these tests.

the first goes through my sonicwall, the 2nd my instagate and the 3rd some $40 d-link router that I use for my own BS like torrents and TS access.

its the ping time that kills it, speed is fine if you click to download a file, let it sit and do its thing, but browse or go thru this site is unreal slow, sometimes takes me 2-3 try to make a post, and ebay, pfft ya right, if i dont bid with 3 minutes to go i miss it, wont even refresh the page that fast, the little instat time check thing moves in 30+second chunks

got any metering setup on that sonicwall.. mine was thru a tz170 and im getting what i pay for from cox buisness here in town 7 down 1 up.
