I got a 2 5/8 to 1 3/4 Y from an 80's YZ 250 to do my coolant piping. I used this just outside the frame on the left side and then used two brass 90 degree 5/8 elbows outside the frame and then two on the head. It makes for a lot of pipe clamps but it is simple and keeps the engine cool. Of course here in Canada we do not have the same cooling needs as in the south.
I found a good Y at the housing shop here,My bike has been ready to ride for a couple weeks now but I'm still waiting on a front sprocket,Hopefully tomorrow,I'm itchin to ride,Tired of the sled and quad
