whip holder choices

Post by 100hp honda »

anybody have suggestions on what kind of whip holders are available ? i been using the kind that hooks to the axle but i dont like it and going to put it in the trash. and im not fond of the kind that bolt into the center of the rear fender.

i found this one. it looks like it would work great and it could probly be left on the bike all the times and just remove the flag when not at the dunes. anybody used this kind ?

Whats the dif? either one you gota drill a hole in the fender
The first one you don't use a tool to remove the flag. Its hand tightened.

The one I use is push button. $19.95 @ cyclepartswest.com?

the difference is the billetware is $45 cheaper than the other one ($85). im not worried about drilling a small hole in the side of the fender. i can leave the mount attached indefinatly, ill just detach the flag when not at the dunes.
