2008 toyota corolla

Post by britincali »

This army kid buys a corrola from us last month, lets just call him "special". He comes in today with a tranny thats making a weird noise, while hes waiting for service he comes into my office and tells me to pull up a webside with his car on it, then he proceeds to tell me how fast it is and how he can "get anything out the hole"........ the cars stock.....

I ask how he manages to smoke anything in the 60 ft and he tells me "rev it up to 4000 and drop it in drive"

No wonder the trannys half smoked at 3000 miles....

Heres the pics

Decals gotta be worth 2 seconds in the quater....

LOL, I used to love making fools of those guys in my starion. They'd be all like "look at that old clunker" and I'd smoke 'em so bad it would hurt. sometime I felt sorry for them, so I'd let them catch up, then work them again!!! Oh the good old days..... :D

The sad part is that this is common. You see them everyday with the coffee can exhaust and a zillion stickers. So :lame:

One time I was on avenida pico in san clemente at the light on frontera and a couple guys in an eclipse RS (with more money in body and paint than what a much nicer car would cost) roll up next to me and start staring me down. The light turned and I got it spooled at like 3000 rpm and worked the clutch, broke the tires waaayy loose and couldn't hookup once I hit second either. my rear wheel wells were billowing out smoke, I was almost completely sideways and drifting. I was feathering it trying to hookup, so my BOV kept going off. so it just sounded like brrraappp--pppsssshhhhhh--brrraaappp--ppppsssshhhhh. They thought it was sooo cool that they asked me to do it again at the next light and didn't care that I worked the crap out of them!!! LOL
