Eh. Rhode Island taxes public sewer costs based on how much public water you use.

heres a radical idea........shower and washing machine water goes to the toilet.....then it proceeds to the sewer system........

I've got my own well and septic lagoon. The only thing I have to pay for is the electricity to pump it. If someone was charging me for the amount of time I used my shower I would be pissed. :evil:

My grandpa always tells me there's two things there is two things in life you shouldn't ever have to pay for Water and Women. :lol:
