There once was a 97CR500
My First week with it. New Top End and alot of scrubbing.
I Got it allllll cleaned up and good to go.
But that just wasnt enough.. took her all apart again to do some more cosmetic work and find more problems ugg.
Steering Stem Bearings anyone!
You could almost eat prime rib off this cradle!
Off to the blaster she went. Then on to the painter.
my buddy ken hookin it up in the paint booth. with some nice PPG Fleet paint in matte black
All back together with the new pro circuit pipe which didnt last a trip before i sold it and put the gnarly back on.
Got one ride on her before i found trouble! Hmm overheating and fat jetting and SHITLOADS of metal shavings in the gear oil hmmm... what does that tell you!!
Fubared Tranny!!
Mr. Graves doing some dissassembly
and the fouled tranny.
Big thanks to mike at Teem Trubble for taking care of me on the parts i needed. IT was greatly appreciated bud.
And then the final re-assembly.
As soon as i get me a new black tank from MFDB ( right after i get back from traveling from work over the holidays ) I will get to put these on FINALLY!
I CANT FRIGGIN WAIT for this to be done
