You can't use mud tires in the sand. Why don't truck owners understand that ??? My BFG all-terains do better in the sand than any of the brands of mud terrains I used to run.

He is right, mud tires are crappy in the sand. All terrains work better because they have close interlocking tread lugs that build traction as the tire turns forward. The wide lugs of a mud tire don't link the sand together and don't get as much traction. Of course you havn't been a serious 4 wheeler for 20 years like me so it's understandable that you don't know this stuff. :D

You never wash you bike, before pulling the jug...

I bet your bike has more sand in the "bottom end" than a fat man at the beach...

Ok, I'm getting my shit packed right now. :D I convinced a local bro to come with, so I'm bringing him and his YZ450. I plan to leave tomarrow afternoon and arrive at the dunes around midnight. I need to pack light because with the extra weight of the 450 and the bro, my motorhome is gonna be going slow. So I'm leaving alot of stuff behind and will be counting on the help of the group in case we need any extras. I'll be sure to party anyone down that deserves it. :o
