My bike has set on the stand for the past 2 or 3 weeks waiting on me to fix the forks. I went out there the other day to move it so I could fix my father-in-laws Jeep and noticed that there was a little water on the stand below the pump. There was a little quarter sized puddle and a little trail of water that lead about 2-3 inches from the puddle. There could not have been enough to satisfy a mouse if it were thirsty. Is this a sign of a bigger problem though? and why would it leak from just sitting? Last week there was nothing. I dried the spot and still nothing from a couple days ago. Should I be concerned or just let her rip when I fix the forks?
Could of came from your weephole meaning you need a new seal behind your impeller but I think it would continue to drip if that was the problem,could of came from your overflow also?

ya,cover and impeller,if your shaft is grooved you'll have to replace it as well or you'll end up weeping again shortly and make sure you install the seal with the lips facing out toward the impeller or it will leak

Almost I wouldn't know diddly squat if it wasn't for hoons like yourself who taught me everything I know
just like that nunavut dude said.. pull the water pump cover off unbolt the impeller a tiny screwdriver or pick to get the old seal out and press in the new one.. done in 5 min tops
