So for the last 6 months or so we have been searching for the perfect house, in the perfect area,
for the perfect price. Well, after having 2 deals fall through we finally found it. The owner is an out of state lawyer
that needed to dump it. Got it for
way less than appraisal, will be moved in 3 weeks from now.
