Test and Tune Day

Post by AlisoBob »

Rabbit has a real good idea... He is suggesting that we all meet when riding season '08 kick's off.

Someplace like Gorman.. which is about half way between the So-Cal and Mid -Cal guys.

The idea is to either dial your bike in for the up coming riding season.. OR bring wheel bearings, swing arm kits.. or other maintenance items you have neglected... probably due to lack of comfort.. and knock that sucker out right then and there with some helping hands nearby!!!

I think its a great idea on all levels...

1. Hoon Gathering

2. Information exchange

3. REAL hands on experience for those with limited skills

This will obviously need some firming up as the time draws near... I just wanted to give you guys allot of notice and time to figure out exactly what you want to gain from it....

Sweet Idea Rabbit!

Dude, call Stoffers and have him pick up everyones bike on the way down. Seating is limited to somewhere around 15 hillclimb bikes, sorry. The trailer is only 48' long so he can't get everyone. His tent off the side should house a few hoons for their wrenching needs, maybe 20 or so could be in the shade and enjoy the music. I just hope the stripper pole is installed prior.

Does this mean someone has to be in charge of bringing the entertainment too?

and there's a lot of irons in the fire. Pismo, Dove Springs, and Glamis.

Who knows what Thanks Giving and New Years will bring.

I'm gona sit out the fall series of races, as time will only allow for one or two of them.
