Cahuilla 4/13/08

Well it was about what I expected. Not even groomed from saturday and very little water. Rough as shit. But I had to go to get an edge on the competition cause the layout is the same but its running backwards from 12/30.

Today I feel like I ate crap and rolled five or six times. Well not quite that bad. I did almost eat it once, it would have been a slow second gear over some rough stuff. I don't know how I saved it cause at one point I thought I was going down for sure. I knew I was done by then but ran three laps anyway to try different lines to see if they were better than what I was doing. They not, but I figure I better for at least the first lap to protect the inside race line.

One fun jump and a fun blast up a hill where the ski jump is if your going the other way. Pretty different going the other way but not as fun.
