Damper rod question

I am trying to change my fork seals, but can not get the F'in damper assembly out of the tube. The other side came out no problem, but this side is driven my nuts. What the hell would do this. And yes I have the bottom bolt completely off.

Will PB blaster fuck anything up inside there?

you should be able to pop the inner tube off and pull it out might give you some better view of whats goin on in there. Or try putin the bottom bolt back on till its just almost seat and give it some real light taps see if thatll pop it free
