paddle tires

So as part of a package I got 2 sand paddle tires, one has 8 cups on it and the other has 10. Now I don't know jack shizz about sand riding tires. So whats the diff between the 2 in how the will work? Stupid guy needs to know.

I've got an 8 paddle and get around just fine. With 8 you will get more wheel spin. Go for 10 or 12. More for hillclimbers.
Common rule of thumb
125 = 6
250 = 8
500 = 10 or 12
I ran into a guy at Skat Track with a 450 having one made with 9.
Seems like most 450's I see have 10.
