Hi, would you modify a gen2 (2001 CR250r) frame if I shipped it to you from Canada?

I have this Millar engine just gagging to be used!

Who are you talking to? I plan on spending about $4-5K on one depending. I wont need one for several months though, I am deployed. I came on here to learn and do some research before I buy.

For those interested im still doing conversions, Paul has referred hoons to me. Thanks Paul.
My turn around is generally a week, ship your frame to me before the weekend and i can usually have it done ready for shipping the following monday.
