Looks nice. I see the old headstay bolt holes for the 450 motor are empty. Did you run your new one back to the shock mount cross piece on the frame?

Yes, we welded a headstay mount on the shock tower.

Anyone else having issues with the pics not showing in the first post? I'm looking for info on foing a conversion on my 2004 CRF450R. Pics of similar builds like this would help a lot.

Wow, that bike is absolutely beautiful. Congratulations!

What did you use for your motor mounts? Almost looks like you cut them out from another frame.

Thanks,

Thank you !

The bottom motor mount are the stock ones that I saved and relocated. I cut an aluminum square tube (1"x1" 1/8"wall) in half to get a 90° and put it under the mounts and the spacing was almost correct, I had to thin them a little bit.

right hand click on the pics, "view original"
either right hand click and copy link, or grab it from the title bar
paste it here, delete the garble after ".jpg", select entire babble that is left and click image button above posting window (only available when in a "reply" window)
