New Honda in my garage!

Post by Nodge »

Maybe I should do a 500 swap?
I bet the neighbors wouldn't be so happy to see it coming down the sidewalk!

Nice Blower, ours are all mechanical for the chute, I like that joystick control. I feel this way about everything but especially snowblowers....if it doesn't say Honda on the side you officially bought a piece of shit.

I paid $600 for my lawnmower. My neighbors had a good laugh because you can get some piece of shit at Lowes for $150.

Suckers.... this thing cuts like a scapel, and will outlast me.

Its awesome.

My dad bought himself a Honda lawn mower, and he told me to enjoy watching my grandchildren fight over it when they put me in the nursing home.

The guy here in Truckee who sells Honda snowblowers rarely sells the ones with electric start, his sales pitch is "if it doesn't start first pull something is wrong, bring it back and we will tune it up for you for free."

Are you guys allowed 12v electric start on these?
Or do you still have to use an extension cord for a 110v starter?
Last time I was shopping for a mower down south the guy looked at me like I was handicapped when I asked about electric start.

We can get the snowblowers with 12 volt electric starters but the guy who sells Honda's locally doesn't stock many because they start first pull. We have about a 10 year old Honda here at the shop and it fires first pull after sitting all summer. I only buy Honda stuff. We have 2 Honda generators, a honda powered compressor and 3 Honda powered trash pumps....all first pull. If you need the electric start here at work it might be time to look for a new job because starting Honda's is the easy part of everything we do.
