Hmm looks like someone took my mounts to a machine shop and had them copied :roll:
OK THAT'S 2 DONE ....
WHO'S IS NEXT????

A 'T' shaped mount is just a mount.

No one has a design patent on that.

That, to me, is no issue at all. Machine what you machine. Though, there is No necessity to machine up a mount.

As far as I'm concerned, it's an overly rigid mount that I'd never make or use, as it's being attached to relatively small, and thin walled alloy tubing.

But, if indeed the bloke is using build pictures of Beans, well, that is the Very wrong thing to do - that's where he's being a right Prick.

This is going to happen more and more - as blokes try to make money from building AFs / AF parts. Make your own parts, people, it's not rocket science, and you'll have your own conversion.

What's Bobs line go like? A saw, drill, some files, a vice and a welder - or access to one, is all that is needed. Add to that just finding a tube bender, for doing it properly , with a full cradle conversion (and with some wood form work, you can do your own cradles) and you can do your own conversion. It's a great thing to do.
