for the 500

anyone have any tips or spare parts ?

i already know that the clutch baskets are pitiful and plan on getting a barnett soon
the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.

Looks sharp!
Some of the fastest woods riders around here were on rm250s and the bIke's were nearly stock, just suspension and big tanks, guards etc...

Never owned one, but I have ridden with people who have them. Their suspension always looks like it works really good, I have a feeling you are going to really like that bike. Although the 500 doesn't really weigh that much it pulls on you so hard it makes it feel like it is heavy, that RM probably won't wear you out as fast. The 500 will start to feel like weight training.
