I have no idea what you guys are talking about....I weigh the exact same as my college football playing weight.

I seem to be carrying it a bit different :D :D :D

I'm carrying an extra 40lbs. Maybe we need to fire up that banned biggest loser.

Well , the docs have been on me to make some lifestyle changes due to blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure.
They got me takin' a slew of damn pills.
Most of it is due to weight. Getting older slows the metabolism so I need to get off my ass and raise it with some real exercise.
They say I can get off all the pills if I lose 60lbs.

Brit, all that fuckin sugar is the problem. Shit's evil, man! I took a job hauling gravel last year, basically get in the truck at 4 or 5am abd drive like a maniac all day. Sit on my ass and get out to dump the load occasionally, but that's it. Couldn't even get out at the pit if you waited 20 minutes for the loader. Safety policy. I drank 2 liters a day of fruit juice during the day plus at breakfast and supper. Put on 10 in a MONTH! I was fuckin LIVID. All the sugar. Took me a year to shake it off because I barely rode last year. Now I drink water and Gatorade, more water. In a month in the summer, and it was hot, shook it all off again. In a month! Helps when it's 100 friggin degrees out, 100 percent humidity and they heat the steel mill where I load to burn off the humidity. Lose the sugar, lose the weight.

Its tough doing my job without somekind of stimulant, im doing 60-85 hrs a week and its non stop while im here. Its probably the reason most of the high paid car guys are coke heads that burn out in 2 years.

Its hard staying pumped, happy and full of energy when your on the 12 hr and 6th set of customers for the day......

the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.
