not knowing how to approach the situation i PM master machinist billy bob. he recomends i hone it out with some 400grit drywall sand paper. dude is a frikin genious. looks almost like new !

and whats any of that got to do with 927?
the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.
