Anyone like retarded hot food?

Post by NightBiker07 »

Does anyone here like hot sauce so hot that its retarded, but not outrageously expensive (Blairs 3am, 2am, etc etc..)
then look no further than "shot to hell"

a fingertip touch of it in your mouth burns like hell. but it doesnt last for hours. would make an EXCELLENT chili additive...

but then again, so would this stuff. a Tiny amount will swell your tongue for days from what i read. Supposedly takes 250,000 gallons of water to dilute the contents down to where it wouldnt be tasteable. Its supposedly impossible to get any hotter.

I thought I could take anything untill I tried CR whats-his-names's chilli meatballs..... HOLY FUK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing I repeat NOTHING has come that close, if you took the hottest hotsauce known to man and reduced it for hours you may come close, the things were retarded hot.

I love very very spicy food as well. Its believed that eating peppers brings a sense of well being and health...if you're use to eat ting spicy stuff. I have had this hot sauce "Smack my ass and call me Sally." It rates in at 700K Scoville units...good in chili, soup...whatever. I am a huge fan of Sricacha! Its not hot, just has a good taste that I dig.

Ronny and I will sit down and eat the hell out of some Korean Peppers with a chili paste. She also batters them and fry's em. They are not really hot...somewhere between a jalapeno and whatever.

There is a however, a point where its too much. Like being up at 3 am crying because your crappin 10 billion degree hot lava from the ole fart box.... I made the mistake of telling a cook in a Thai place to "gimme what you got." I ate it all but felt like the inside of my gut was the Atoll Islands during nuclear testing. Wiping your ass with ice cream is the only thing that is soothing...

Also, its gotta have a taste that is good. I guess thats why I dislike a lot of wing joints. "Try our hottest", nothing more than chicken that is douched in some vinegar based horseshit hot sauce that tastes like ass.

I love very hot food but I agree taste is a big part too. I've been working on a hot wing sauce but couldn't find anything that would get the heat I wanted. I have the flavor just the damn heat is illuding me. I am going to have to give some of them sauces a try and see how they are. I did get my hands on a ghost chili but saving it for when I do my stuffed burgers again.

Try some of that 3AM reserve. Its really potent, but its fairly flavorless from what i hear. a spoonful would probably do what you need to and then some.

try that Shot from Hell sauce first, its much cheaper and it doesnt taste horrible, even though its so hot i can hardly taste it lol.
