You can't always tell from a photo but that looks like a damn clean donor. None the less, I don't think you'll regret it after riding the finished product. Very nice!

Have not made any yet.
Rear mount on the pipe will be relocated and looks
like one mount on the subframe as well.

O crap! Do you have to redo the front arc of the frame? I hope my CRF450 '02 donor frame has more clearance
edit: Double-crap! Doesn't look like it has... The CRF's exhausts exit either side of the single frame spar
Might be a challenge to modify my frame...

Mr2ace, I'm gonna be doing the same thing with my 02' CR250R in the next few weeks. From your pix it looks like you only shaved a little material out of the Y for the pipe. And then just welded on the newly relocated front engine mounts. Is that all you had to do to the 02' frame?
